Care plans can be purchased after your remap is complete, or added to your booking at the time of tuning. They're active for 12 months from your tuning date.
Plans are vehicle-specific, but we can discuss transferring remaining benefits to a new vehicle if you get it tuned with us. Contact us to arrange.
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We'll calculate the pro-rata difference and credit your remaining time.
A map tweak is a minor adjustment within your current tuning stage — like adjusting throttle response or fine-tuning for your driving style. Stage upgrades (e.g. Stage 1 → Stage 2) are not included.
The Performance+ plan has been worth every penny. Two map tweaks and a carbon clean all included. My Golf R has never felt better!
